The best plumbing business in Omaha. They have the staff, skills and equipment for large New construction all the way down to fixing your leaky faucet. I don't know how they do it, but they are always professional and provide a quality service. Great Job.

We have used Backlund Plumbing for several years. They ALWAYS deliver excellent customer service. Yesterday, Randy came out to our house for a repair. He quickly identified the issue and performed the fix quickly and efficiently. Trust me - you can trust Backlund Plumbing to handle your plumbing issues.

Excellent service! The plumber was very insightful and explained the plumbing issue along with confirming the issue was not more than the posi-temp cartridge! Happy that they used genuine Moen parts. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Had a drain issue yesterday causing both our women's and men's restrooms at the office to be in-operable. Called Backlund around 12:30pm, and after they rearranged technicians were at our office by 2pm! They fixed our issue, which was much appreciated, but even more impressive was their urgency to get our situation resolved so quickly for us! What great customer service! Thank you, Backlund Team!!!

We had a great experience with Cody at Backlund Plumbing. He was the first to respond when I reached out for bids and asked thoughtful questions to really understand the scope of the project. Another plumber made everything feel overwhelming, but Cody made it feel straightforward and manageable. He also asked about our future layout plans to make sure things were done right now instead of having to redo anything later. When we decided to pivot from his original recommendation, he was completely flexible and made it happen. He’s been detailed, communicative, shows up when he says he will, and carefully planned the multi-day work to minimize our downtime without plumbing. His pricing was very competitive as well. Truly impressed and would recommend him without hesitation.
